V-Gen

 VPFL-10000: 10 Watts  Fiber LaserV-Gen designs and manufactures, since several years, innovative YAG fiber lasers. Both cw and pulsed. And QS as well as MOPA platforms. V-Gen has shipped over 4000 lasers worldwide, many of them to Asia and India production sites.

V-Gen differentiates itself with its YAG fiber lasers by the following characteristics:

  • M2 < 1,3 for all their lasers, this is much better than the common industrial standard 1,5-1,8
  • 100ns pulse width, with real pulse shape without a tail
  • The peak powers of the Q-switched lasers are truly > 10kW
  • The peak power of the MOPA series is the highest in the market (up to 25kW)
  • Minimum pulse width feasible is 1-5ns
  • V-Gen lets you choose between a Q-Switch or a MOPA; one supplier, one similar control
  • All benefits are combined together; a win/win situation
  • V-Gen lasers can be controlled by a tablet

Industrial, pulsed, Q-switch plaform:

  • Pulsewidth 100ns, 10-20-30Watt average power
  • Puls energy up to 1mJ

  • Interchangeable with other industrial YAG fiber lasers

Industrial, pulsed, MOPA platform:
has the same characteristics as the Q-switch models, plus:

  • continuous adjustable pulse width 5-100ns
  • highest peak power in the market with 25kW at 30W average power (M2 < 1,3)

Industial and sientific platform:

  • 10-20W continuous wave power
  • single mode, M2 < 1,1
  • Used for marking and engraving. Also use for optical tweezers (< 1-2% power stability)

LIDAR platform:

  • 3-50ns adjustable pulse width
  • Peak powers up to 25kW and 10W average power
  • 0,1nm spectral bandwidth

Preliminary release: Green fiberlaser

  • Fiber laser with a 532nm output
