The Lumencor light engine provides unique and independently operable sources and the complete ensemble of optical elements typical of any optical subsystem, all in one compact, easy to use box.
We provide discrete outputs through the UV-VIS-NIR spectrum from a proprietary mix of independently controllable solid state sources. Lumencor’s products provide the power of an arc lamp with the durability, stability and flexibility of a solid state solution. Lumencor products are available in OEM and off-the-shelf configurations.

PRODUCTS FOR MICROSCOPY:
Now all common fluorescent dyes, proteins and conjugates can be illuminated with a lighting subsystem that is powerful enough to maximize fluorescent response and offer the stability and robustness necessary for quantitation.
Powerful, pure, multicolor, stable, durable, switchable light is generated.

Colour band selection and power output are customer definable. See this link for more details on choices. The Spectra units contain a lightpipe channel which provides a lot of optical power, and are available with an option to mix all colours.
PRODUCTS FOR ENDOSCOPY:
For minimally invasive imaging, powerful white light with any color temperature (red/green/blue, RGB) can be generated along side narrowband excitation for targeting fluorescence. Light engines provide comprehensive spectral, temporal and spatial control of light for surgical and non-surgical procedures. Products are powerful enough to yield high contrast, real-time imaging as well as to maximize fluorescence signals. Stable, robust lighting enables long term monitoring and quantitation.
