MRC Optics was established in 1983 as a precision metal optics and optical assembly anufacturer. Today, the company is recognized throughout the industry as a preferred OEM supplier with the highest in-house quality precision diamond machining, polishing, nickel plating, beryllium machining, and opto-mechanical design and assembly services.
MRC has developed custom processes to support prototype development through high-rate production of large flat mirrors, thermally stable optical mirrors, low RMS surface finish polished mirrors, diamond machined aspheric and plano mirrors and mirror assemblies, sub arc-second accuracy polygons and motor assemblies, and pit free electroless nickel and electrolytic gold plating. Insistence on quality, delivery and meeting the needs of the customer has given MRC well-deserved recognition in the marketplace, serving commercial, defense, military, and aerospace markets.
Inrad has been a supplier to laser manufacturers, defense contractors, national laboratories, universities and scientists around the world for over 35 years. Our expertise is specialty and proprietary crystal growth, and crystal component fabrication and applications. The Inrad product line includes UV-transparent filters, electro-optic crystals, Pockels cells, non-linear optical crystals, devices and systems for harmonic generation of a wide variety of lasers. Inrad focuses on innovation, cost-effectiveness, and superior quality for our customers. Our accomplishments are the result of the combined efforts of all of our employees, who are dedicated to the highest ethical and quality standards.
Crystals supplied by Inrad for laser applications include BBO, KDP, KD*P, LiNbO3 (LNB) and ZnGeP2 (ZGP). Inrad’s high quality non-crystalline optics and mechanical accessories are also important components of our specialty product line.
