Mach 5 100kHz Joulemeter:M5-SJ and M5-PJ Joulemeter probes

Our new mach 5 Digital Joulemeter is designed to measure laser pulse energy at greater than 100,000 pps with 12 bit accuracy. It can capture and store up to 4 million pulses (40 seconds of data at maximum rep rate). Dump the data on demand over the USB 2.0 full speed interface and analyze the numbers using our powerful LabView Applications Software (see features below).

We've designed two fast Joulemeter Probes, M5-SJ and M5-PJ, that interface to the mach 5. The M5-SJ is a very sensitive Silicon probe featuring a UV enhanced detector, while model M5-PJ is a Pyroelectric probe featuring a broadband, LiTaO3 detector. Both probes include a small integrating sphere with 6 mm input aperture which provides attenuation and enhanced spatial uniformity. They also include a detector mounted thermistor for temperature compensation to ensure high accuracy and linearity at high average power levels.

The system (probe and electronics) is accurate to +/-4% and is NIST Traceable.

This incredibly fast Digital Joulemeter is designed for those who use high rep rate sources, including diode pumped Q-switched YAG/YLF lasers and ultra short pulse fiber lasers. mach5 is ideal for product development, final test, life test, laser and process diagnostics, and process control.
